Cancellation Policy

Client Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Thank you for choosing GoodEnoughCamera. To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for all clients, please review our policies regarding bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling below. 1. Booking Policy Advance Notice: All appointments and bookings must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the requested day of service. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive an official confirmation message/email from GoodEnoughCamera. 2. Cancellation Policy & Fees Notice Required: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled appointment. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Payment: The $25 cancellation fee must be settled before any future sessions or bookings can be made. 3. Rescheduling Policy Notice Required: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 75 hours prior to the day of your appointment. Late Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made within 75 hours of your scheduled day may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the $25 fee. 4. Client Acknowledgment By booking a service with GoodEnoughCamera, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy.
